Additionally, the base of the arm has a 1/4"-20 threaded hole for an optional lens caddy, which is used to store add-on conversion lenses when not in use.

Using this Beneath the Surface Long Arm Clamp, you can connect two underwater lighting arm components that have 1" ball mounts. Whether you want to attach an arm to a grip handle's ball base or join two arm sections for greater reach and versatility, this clamp is the simple but effective tool for the job. Measuring 4.0" in length from the center of one ball to the other, it was made for situations where you need a little more reach than the average clamp allows. The accessory is constructed from a 6061 T6 aluminum alloy, which has been anodized to resist corrosion. Additionally, it features a beveled cut that increases the contact area between the ball and clamp, enabling a strong hold without a lot of tension. Thus, you'll be able to tighten the clamp fully using just your fingers.
