    Using this Beneath the Surface Long Arm Clamp, you can connect two underwater lighting arm components that have 1" ball mounts. Whether you want to attach an arm to a grip handle's ball base or join two arm sections for greater reach and versatility, this clamp is the simple but effective tool for the job. Measuring 4.0" in length from the center of one ball to the other, it was made for situations where you need a little more reach than the average clamp allows. The accessory is constructed from a 6061 T6 aluminum alloy, which has been anodized to resist corrosion. Additionally, it features a beveled cut that increases the contact area between the ball and clamp, enabling a strong hold without a lot of tension. Thus, you'll be able to tighten the clamp fully using just your fingers.

The bottom joint of this arm comes detached for easy attachment to a BTS camera housing tray, bridge bar, or grip handle. The arm has no base and attaches to these support accessories by way of a 1/4"-20, 5/16", or 8.0 mm screw. A 1/4"-20 screw is included, and the others are available separately. The arm allows flexible positioning of the light while shooting underwater, giving you a variety of possible lighting angles and positions.

A built-in safety cable that runs through the entire arm ensures that you will never lose your valuable lighting equipment, even if you accidentally disconnect the arm. The flex arm joints can be securely popped back into place, even while underwater.
